Common questions
How do I join my friends' team?
Ask a teammate for the team's 6-letter invite code, then open Teams in the game and tap Join a team.
What happens to my animal if I miss a day?
Nothing bad. Your animal naps and is happy to see you when you come back. Animals never get sick, shrink, or run away.
Did I lose my streak?
You earn grace days as you play. Missing one day uses a grace day instead of resetting your streak.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings in the game and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple or Google account you bought with.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in the game and tap Delete account, or email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
